Our Research Facilities & Site Capabilities

At Texas Clinical Research Institute (TCRI), we have developed a modern clinical research facility specifically designed to support efficient, high-quality Phase I–IV clinical trials. Our infrastructure is built to provide sponsors, CROs, research monitors, and study participants with an exceptional research environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.

Purpose-Built Clinical Research Facility

Our center offers dedicated research space designed exclusively for clinical trial operations, including:

* Multiple fully equipped examination rooms
* Comfortable examination beds suitable for pharmacokinetic (PK) studies and extended participant observation
* Private full bathrooms designed to accommodate overnight study participants
* Dedicated medication storage room with an independent temperature-controlled HVAC system
* Secure investigational product storage with continuous temperature monitoring
* Laboratory equipped for immediate specimen processing
* Refrigerators, freezers, and centrifuges for study sample handling and storage
* Backup electrical generator to protect critical research equipment and investigational products during power interruptions

TCRI provides research monitors and sponsor representatives with a professional and productive working environment that includes:
* Two dedicated conference rooms for monitoring visits and sponsor meetings
* Multiple monitor workstations with high-speed internet access

Alcohol-Associated Liver Disease

Study for patients with chronic alcohol heavy alcohol use (≥ 50Gm/day) > 5 years with fatty liver disease.

Hepatitis C

Study for patients with a diagnosis of noncirrhotic NASH with liver fibrosis (Fibrosis stage F1-F3) confirmed by liver biopsy.

Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) without Cirrhosis

Definite or probable PBC

Ulcerative Colitis

Patients with symptoms despite being on therapy or having received treatment in the past
